This holiday season I will tie bells to my shoelaces and dust off my reindeer antlers as I participate in the Jingle Bell Run/Walk® for Arthritis, a 5K fun run/walk to benefit the Arthritis Foundation. And YOU can help, too!

I was diagnosed this fall with Rheumatoid Arthritis, so I understand a new level of pain. I have been learning to be flexible regarding my abilities. I cannot guarentee I will be running the race that will be determined the day of the race, but I will move the 5K. So, please use this event to inspire you to set a goal to run or walk a 5K. I anticipate it will be a fun event so please, won’t you join my team "Belles and Beaus" in the fun! Come and walk or run with me, or consider being a sponsor in my effort to raise funds to fight one of the nation’s most common causes of disability – ARTHRITIS. I look forward to seeing you there!
